Can Children Continue the Work of Their Fathers at the Same Level?

The Head of the Laboratory gave a comment to a news resource “Lenta.ru” about whether children can continue the work of their parents at the same high level, and on the difference between nepotism and dynasties.

"There are royal dynasties, and there are also dynasties of steelworkers, artists, or doctors. But it’s one thing when the interest and passion for a specific profession is being passed down from one generation to another within the same family. And it’s a completely different thing when members of the same family try to pass administrative posts and power positions to their relatives. That’s what’s we call nepotism."
