New Year at SESL

The New Year party was held at the Lab.

The New Year party was held at the Lab on December 23. It was quite a rapid celebration as all the professors and graduate students have been very busy that day, however, the party was great.

Each researcher received a gift from the "Secret Santa Claus". Earrings, nice notebook, a kilo of chocolate - Secret Santa Claus knew what we need!  Alexey Gorgadze, a second year student, was performing the role of Santa Claus. He was also the organizer, bartender and the host of this holiday. Alexey chose a lucky one, wished him good health, luck, gave a gift and offered a toast. Santa Claus came through  his task, and everyone was really happy. There was a proposal to celebrate more holidays, so now the Laboratory needs more trainees, because the more trainees, the more birthday parties to celebrate.

The professors have left after a while, but bachelor students kept playing a table game "Hat", which the Secret Santa Claus providently presented to Masha Petrova, until night. And then the players spent some more time at Imaginarium - a wonderful game that encourages and assists imagination which was presented to the Laboratory's Birthday.

In general, the New Year party was great. All the best in the New Year!
